Exhaust valves

Can any one tell me which is the correct exhaust valve for this cylinder head,C3TZ-6049-G

C3AZ-6505-A valve which has a
- length 5.02"
- Head dia. 1.52"
- stem size std
- stem dia. .3402

OR:

C3AZ-6505-C valve which has a:
- length 5.02"
- Head dia. 1.52"
- stem size .015
- stem dia. .3552

OR:

C3AZ-6505-D valve which has a:
- length 5.02"
- Head dia. 1.52"
- stem size .030
- stem dia. .3702
 
The C3AZ C & D look like oversized valves to compensate for worn valve guides. Not sure but I think a C3AZ B would be a .003 oversize valve. If the head is new it would take the std. valve stem size. On a used head you would need to check each valve guide for wear to determine which oversize valve you would need to correct for wear.
