Exhaust Manifold Identification Question?

Can somebody positively identify this exhaust manifold?
My First guess is an after-market heater manifold.
Was this dealer installed? Thanks Guys Calahan

That is an Autolite heater manifold. There is a cover that goes over it and directs hot air into the cab via a 2.5" hole in the firewall. I have one on my car and it actually works pretty good. This was an aftermarket manifold.

I have the same one with the heater and just drove my truck yesterday when it was about 20 degreees. It works great, if anything, it was too warm in the cab.
