Epic Moments

There are 3 epic moments in the owner ship of an old car.

1. You drag it home and stuff it into the garage and tell the wife how great it is going to look when its done. That rust will disappear, that dent will come right out and yes the paint will be shiny.

2. You start the fresh rebuild for the first time and it sounds great. Yes dear mufflers will make it more quiet.

3. You take it for its maiden journey around the block and you don't have to push or pull it the last 200 feet. Then you get brave and take it for a longer run. Yes dear it will stop smoking as soon as the oil burns off the exhaust pipes. They all have that rattle in them.

#5; The wife asks do you really need another engine the one in it runs great. And you reply "But what if it breaks and I can't find another, they are getting scarce you know!"

#6; When the wife tells a friend "we have about 2 1/2 trucks, when you really only have 1 plus a FEW spare parts.
