I opened up a 59A that had thin rusty water tracks into four intake runners in the block and thankfully only stuck one valve. It seems the engine was condensing in the intake manifold from probably sudden heat and humidity. Seeing this, I'd recommend periodically dribbling transmission fluid down the intake of vehicles you have stored outside to keep the valves free.
