engine no.

I was checking out the engine no. on my 30 fordor and can not figure out where it fits into the production date chart.

It is: *1350* where the * = a star. All of the engine no.s in the chart are 7 digits long with one star. Could this have been a replacement engine? An after market engine? or maybe an industrial engine? Any ideas?
 
It really should start with an A, AA, CA or CAA, then the number. Could be a restamp or some replacement engines were not stamped. The shop would then stamp it with the same number as it was a replacement. Maybe they did not have any letter stamps. The low number is possible, I have some in the 500 to 800 range.
 
I never responded to this, but the boss is over 3" long, so it appears to have been a newer engine with the no. re-stamped. Thanks for the help.
