The basic block casting number (F1SEBB) is 1991, from a '91 thru '93 T-Bird.
F = '90's, 1 = yr '91; S = Thunderbird, E = Engine, B B = casting revision designation.
The Date Code on yours (3K30) is: 3 = '93, K = October, 30 = 30th day of the month.
Casting numbers are at the top of this linked page and date codes are at the bottom.
