Look up Stealth trailers in Elkhart, IN. I found that I could buy new with my specifications for within less than $1000 of a used trailer. I think I paid about $4800 for a 16' with a beaver tail and an over size side door. I also got an extra foot tall to fit a Model T with the top up, so you may be able to get your price lower.
