I have an electric fuel pump that maintains an electrical pathway when the car has oil pressure (if your oil pressure sender grounds when the pressure is zero), and is overridden by a momentary switch for priming the carburetor. The MOM-OFF-ON switch can be hidden as a theft-deterrent feature when the switch is in the OFF position. Not shown, but necessary is voltage to the relay coil.
