Ebrake handle patent numbers

Has anyone ever come across or noticed patent numbers on the back of the 29-31 e brake handle? The other couple I have don't have it. Just curious....

Update . . .

I did find a 1929473 patent – looks like Ford licensed all
or part of the lever design from a non ‘in house’ inventor’,
or perhaps out sourced the lever assembly from Bingham.
