Easiest way to put seat in ?

What is the easiest way to put the rear seat cushion back in a 36 Fordor, can't get it to lock in.

In the past I have positioned myself on hands and knees on the floor in front of the cushion and while leaning on and pushing the cushion rearward also push down to lock in.
One side at a time.
