early gas gauge

I found a gas gauge with the indicator with raised numbers with black backgrond also the later outer nut does not cover ...I do not have correct outer nut ...the wire also is bent different...could this be a very early gauge?......thank you for any replies.....Ceasare

Steve ....After checking your website ...I don't see any raised letter gauges ...I am trying to get some decent pioctures to send ..If you are going to Hershey I will bring it ....The outer nut must be different because my gauge has a chamfer and the outer nut does'nt cover all the chamfer thank you for your help Ceasare
