i need a useable: red steering wheel, radiator shroad,tudor cast seat frame"front" ,first style insterment panel,,all for a 28..thanks ..charles..

What makes a 28 radiator with shoud so valuable? Is it just the shroud? Just curious, I have one on my 28.
Make sure you are talking about the same piece...a shroud is on the engine side of the radiator and helps direct the airflow. A shell is the nickel plated piece that surrounds the radiator core and has the Ford emblem at the top. It is visible from the front of the car. Shrouds are hard to find because many of them were taken off and hung on a nail in the garage, or otherwise discarded, the first time an owner changed a fan belt or waterpump.

right, I have a complete car. radiator shell, radiator with little hooks for the hood to rest on when it is raised and a shroud around the fan. Radiator looks perfect, shell needs rechrome, shoud needs paint. If it is worth that much, I will take it off and sell it seperately. Thanks for your input. see it at www.picturetrail.com/bartmcneill

I don't think a fan shroud will bring $500 - not even NOS. I have bought three recently, one NOS for $300, one that looks like NOS, but was used for $200 and a third one for $20 that was used, but nearly prefect. I have 3 model A's that should have shrouds on them.
