Made it back home safely from Auburn..(THANK YOU LORD], enjoyed the meet and seeing old friends, it was a little warm; but no rain, A BIG THANK YOU to all who worked hard to make the meet a success; also the meal was delicious, this was our 39th National meet, Pray all the old v8ers get home safely, and trouble free.till next year?

I want to thank the guy that pulled our 38 convertible,to get it started, after the dash lights burned all day, and my jumper battery did'nt work, didn;nt get your name but THANKS,from WVa

If it was one of those compact Lithium jumper batteries, they are getting famous for failing at a young age. Mine failed after less than two years. Turns out there is a warning about their suceptibility to failure due to beng subjected to cycles of high and low temperature. Like you would normally have if you left the jumper battery in your car or unheated garage. You are supposed to keep them in the house where temperature remains relatively constant and moderate. That makes them pretty much useless to me.

Clarification...........Central National Meet (C.N.M)

Eastern National Meet is yet to happen in September in New York. (still time to register)

And yes, it was a warm Indiana.

You could have been in Minnesota were we drown.
Glad to hear everyone had a good Meet.
