DUMB question..........steering wheel

I just drug home a incredibly rough C cab TT. The steering wheel was on the ground and crumbly. The hub and spokes appear to have been screwed to the rim. Are there replacement rings available? the hub and spokes are excellant and I'd like to use it.
 
I picked up a used complete T steering wheel at an antique auto flea market for $40. The wood rim was near perfect. If you don't need one "yesterday" you should be able to find a good used one for not much money at a larger car show flea market.
