Door panel Spring clip's,,,a Problem ?

Hi Guy's


Went to install the door panel's on my Coupe...I thought it would be "Easy"..Something's wrong with the panel Clip's.They seem too strong.......They are almost like a brake spring ....These came in the L/B kit...I pushed on the panel real hard & a no go !!!


I finally got one to go into the door with a needle nose pliers...Then was "Hell" getting it back out...Anybody had this trouble & what's the fix ???

If you need to remove panels, don't pry them off with some random screwdriver or putty knife! Get a tool that will properly support the clip, and will not scratch the paint or tear the cardboard.

I got those panel clip pliers because they were cute, but I had to file off some burrs and polish the ends, so they would not scratch the paint.
