Don't let your Flatheads loaf.....

Looks like we are working on similar trucks. I had 2 stuck valves on the drivers side 3 years ago. Had to remove head and intake and replace one valve. It was a tiny piece of carbon in the guides that was holding them open.
 
My valve train was assembled when the machining was done back in 2006. Didn't finish the rest until this year when I got it running. Ran great for about 2-3 hrs in numerous runs around the neighborhood, then two valves seized up. I think the guides must have rusted up from sitting so long. Its all apart again!
