Here is an easy darned-near foolproof way to download photos on this website:
Click on the "Go Advanced" button directly below the message box. In the screen with dialog box that pops up, find the black paper clip in the top row of icons near the happy face. Click on that paper clip. A new page opens called "Manage Attachments". On my screen it opens as minimized small box. I have to maximize it to see the whole page. Once that page is full screen, click on "Choose File" in the upper left portion of the screen. A box will appear that allows you to search through your files to find the photo you want. Highlight that photo and click on "Open". A list of the selected photos will stack in the boxes next to the "Choose File" option. When the photo or photos you want have been selected and appear next to the "Choose File" option list, click on "Upload" way over to the right at the bottom of that upper window. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on "Close". You will be returned to your typed message to finish up or edit. Check that the photos are what you want and in the order you want by clicking on "Preview". If satisfactory, submit the message with photos. If not, go back to the "Manage Files" screen and add or delete files. Piece of cake!
This sounds complicated, but it is quite easy to do. It took three times as long to type how to do this as does to actually attach photos. The only hitch you may run into is if the photo file size is too big. You may have to resize it using any of the free on-line resizing programs.
