You can also add 8860 for 1929, 3701 for 1929 and 3534 for 1930 in RHD in Australia. These were bare chassis sent out from Canada and had locally made phaeton bodies fitted.
"Re: Does Anyone Know How Many Phaetons Were Made?
.....1930--16,470....."
Maybe someone can answer me this.
My 1930 Standard Phaeton - 6F1903 -CAT3610 and the sister car - 6F1426 - CAE9XXX both here in Fairbanks, were manufactured in Canada. However the bodies were made in Dearborn.
Were these bodies included in the American Production figures?
Or were they included in the Canadian Production figures?
Is it possible that they were included in both?
This is a question for the US based experts to clarify.
But here is my 2c worth& i'm no expert.. No matter where the body shell was initially made, if it has a Canadian engine & was sold within Canada new, surely it would be of Canadian production?
It is the same situation here in New Zealand ; we have the Canadian cars but nearly all the body numbers are 'F'....... As far as I know, the Canadian Model A's sent to Sth Africa, India, Malaya & Singapore also have the Detroit numbered bodies. They also exist on some Canadian domestic production. They are all recorded by Ford Canada as part of their production figures.
These bodies ['F'] 'in white' must have had a lot of finishing in Canada. Mine has Robertson trim screws, Canadian upholstery plus other items. Also in 1931 Canada did not use the 'indent' firewall, but the Canadian flatwalls are still stamped with 'F' numbers on the metal crossmember.
Hopefully the body number research going on by Dave Sturges will bring forth new information.
Interestingly, many of those US production phaeton numbers quoted in the above posts were exported to the Sth American markets as both RHD's & LHD's. Would explain why phaetons do not appear to be very common in America?

My Phaeton has Robertson screws for the front door hinges, but uses flat blade screws for the rear doors. The vast majority of screws are Robertson.
Hopefully someone can shed some light on how Production of the Bodies for export vs domestic sale were accounted for. Interestingly I was contemplating starting a thread on this subject earlier today.
darryl--- my 30 ford phaeton has 6f 1349 stamped in the drivers door sill. it had nearly all brass robertson screws and brass lower windshield stanchions. i always thought the body was made in canada and canada was the export country for all commonwealth nations. it was certainly this way in the v8 era from `32-`40. i looked at a `30 phaeton rhd that was imported from paraguay about 20 yrs ago[not a commonweath nation] to canada. it had all robertson screws so it started life in canada. i have seen at least two other rhd 30-31 phaetons from south america with robertson screws.
