Do you recognize this gauge?

This is a mechanical Stewart Warner oil pressure (lub. oil pressure) gauge. I come up with 1927 as the date code. Any ideas what it originated on? The end of the operating pressure range is around 10 psi.
Case is 2 1/32, with flange it is 2 1/6 diameter at back.

It is for a higher prced car of the late 1920's like a Stutz or Marmon. If we could see the logo in the bottom of the gage perhaps you could identify what kind of car. Ford did not have oil pressure guages until after WWII.

My "40 has a factory oil pressure gauge and I know Ford had them well before 1940, but not sure when they started.

Both of my model A's (29 Sedan and 30 Coupe) had oil pressure gauges, but they are listed as accessories and are not SW brand. The gauges are identical and have a scale of 1 to 5, which I have been told means 10 to 50 psi. Both are mounted to the bottom of the stock instrument cluster. Model A forum would know more for sure. This gauge is on e-pay, any feedback? Good luck.

No ebay input as of now. I guess the gauge could have been produced '48-54 for an earlier engine with low oil pressures.
