Do I have the right front crossmember?

I was looking at why my hood alignment is off and thought that maybe the radiator could be lowered a little to lose the gap at lower cowl. I read that my year 1930 should have a recess where the radiator mounts, but I only see a raised mounting pad where the rad sits. Also I don't know if it matters, but the spring u bolts are square instead of rounded at the top. I am still new to this stuff, so I really don't know what's what yet and am trying to learn as I go.
Thanks

Thanks for the replies. The motor mounts were on the car when I bought it. Don't know if there is a way to check for sag with the car all together or not. I looked at the cowl mount and there is only one disc between the body and frame. I will try and match crossmember with pic.
Thanks.

Look at the front crossmember where it meets the side rails of the frame. The 28-9 comes straight out from the bottom side of the top frame rail. The late 29-31 drops about 1/4" just as it leave the side rails. Also the late 29-31 has slotted radiator mounting holes. The 28-9 has round holes.
