Divers helmet distributor help

Hi all
Can anyone help with a problem with my 1937-40 divers helmet distributor . Hopefully attached a pic of the centrifugal advance plate which to me (and compared to an exploded pic on the net) seems excessively worn. Does anyone have a pic of a non worn one or know what size / shape the hole should be.

Its hardened metal so I would say they tried to add more advance

No its not worn,those yrs are made that way. The holes on a 32-36 are a slightly diff shape. Your ok. ken ct.

I agree with Ken, its not too worn.
These can be put on backward , make sure you try it with your hand before completly assembling it back together....

Discribe your problem. If you truly have an ignition problem Bubba is the one you want help from. If it is something else someone on here can provide advise.
