Dish or Disc wheels for rear TT question

The 1928 thru mid 1929 Model A Ford worm drive truck rear end started with welded spoke wire wheels but before Ford changed to the bevel gear rear end they put disc wheels on the worm drive. Not common.
No such factory disc for the Model T, always wood.

Thanks for your reply. I was beginning to think my posts had a disease. Didn't I read where the early AA's used the TT rear ends? Thanks for your help. Dennis

The Model AA worm rear end used the TT worm and wheel gear but all the housings, axle shafts and other pieces are AA only. TT has springs that run across the frame while the AA used fore and aft springs on either side. They are often mistaken for each other. If you have a question on one, post a picture and we can ID.
