Hi Model A Fan. It's not a big problem to take the body apart. The panels are riveted to each other so it's drilling out the rivets. I took my Sport Coupe all apart because of the heavy rust and I was glad I did it as I could get everything clean, rebuild and prep the parts before I put it back together. Now I know it's good and solid. I saved a lot of time prepping the parts because they where apart. Start at the rear and remove the rumble lid the upper and lower panels and then the quarters. Then remove the floor from the cowl. I removed the remainder of the floor pans first. Once the floor was out, then I took it apart. The last part I worked on was the cowl. This I also took apart. If you rebuild each part as you take it off, you can fit things back up before the bodies completely apart. Take a lot of pictures, use drawing and notes. When you put it back together just make sure everything is level and square.
Hope this helps. John Poole
P.S. I always like to strip the paint before I sandblast. Less chance of warpage.
