Differential oil leak..HELP!

I did read it, I was just trying to address what may be a potential secondary leak. There does seem to be a lot of oil all around the rear.

Now, look, This is an observation, rather than a criticism, and I would like others to comment. There appear to be washers under the heads of the bolts. Now as has been stated many times recently, the bolts and threads in the banjo are supposed to be a good tight fit to help prevent leakage. So I would think that the bolts should be removed one by one, the washers removed, the holes cleaned and de-greased, but not retapped and the bolts refitted without any washers. you might add a smear of sealant if you want.

How does that sound??

Mart.

Dear Mart!

In each bolts are with grovers washers, but I discovered that one side of he banjo have 9/16 bolts and in the other side has 16 mm bolts.

In torsion tube that take connection to transmission are 9/16 bolts.

In 16mm bolts were loose with a minimun leak but not in 9/16 bolts were dry.

Very loose were in tube torsion, today I changed the grease totally. No leak still today.

I really are a lot of thing that I am discovering that never happened me.

Please is important your observation and help me a lot

Thank you
Hary
