Dick Spadaros' Health

From the HAMB thread:

"Dick was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer. He was opperated on last Wednesday. The doctors said it doesn't look good. I spoke with Bill at the shop and he said that it is doubtful that Dick will make it home. Bill has been inundated with phone calls and could probably use a rest. I will post more as I hear more".
 
Very well respected man from many others including myself.
He will be in my prayers for sure

Spoken to Dick many a time about my small car issues.
He was always obliging and happy to pass on his knowledge.
My prayers are with you Dick. God speed and a quick recovery.

I have spoken to Dick a few times...very pleasant and knowledgeable! A true asset in this hobby. Last saw him at the Eastern Meet this past June. Prayers go out to him and his family. Pat

Dick Spadaro is a rare type on individual, who is a big asset to "FORDBARN" and the hobby.
Get over this, quickly, Dick. We miss need you !

I talked to Dick two years ago at York NSRA meet. Dick also supplied some very nice tote bags for our recent Eastern National Meet at Gettysburg. Wishing you a speedy recovery Dick. Ray
 
Not good to hear that,I have enjoyed reading many of dicks posts and he has always made a point to chip in and clear things up,very informative,all the best Kiwi
 
Always a positive influence, Dick is a stand up guy. Here's to standing up. Last week I couldn't put one foot in front of the other. I hope time will treat him with kindness.
