Diamond B Block

I'm going to look at a "B" engine block. If the block is a "diamond" block, where would I find the mark and how large is it?

Look at the right front side, upper area...around where h2o pump mates to block.

Also look for cracks ---#2,#3 ex valve seat to bore, and where the center head bolt (between #2#3 bore)--2 of+ the diamond blocks I have also have a crack there and the block deck is pulled up there, the crack goes from water passage --stud---water passage -- I would think that it would be a hard crack to make strong enough to pull a torque and not move the block deck (may have trouble sealing headgasket around those 2 B only water holes that A doesn't have)
