deminsions on door 28/29 ccpu

can anyone give me the deminsions from top to bottom,from side to side, from bottom to center line of bottom hinge, then center line to the nexy hinge and then too top of door..i an trying to see if i can use a 28/29 2 door sedan cowl, and make a 28/29 ccpu cab..???..thank you..charles..:o)..

I have an unrestored 29 CCPU that is under a tarp behind my barn. I can uncover it to measure the doors, but I think trying to use tudor sedan door posts for the front part for a CCPU would be very difficult. I have a 28 special coupe which has the front door post section the same as a tudor. The upper part is quite a bit different between the CCPU and the coupe. CCPU's have no roof metal cover above the doors like tudors and are just wood that is painted. In addition, the flat panel above the windshield is larger on a CCPU than a tudor. I suspect, without measuring them, the hinges are also spaced differently. If you want the measurement, I can uncover the pickup and measure them. I think you would be better off if you found a CCPU front hinge posts to start with.

I'm not sure what exactly you are asking. Do you have CCPU doors that you are trying to marry up to the coupe cowl? Or what?
 
The "A" pillar on a 28-29 pu are not the same as any other regular car. The closest would be a 26-27 coupe or tudor, and I'm not sure they interchange except for the hinge to
jam/ spacing top to bottom.
