81! Amazing that he lasted that long! He was the epitome of the sex, drugs and rock & roll lifestyle...
If you remember the sixties, you were not there...

All of them created some great music ,

The music of his time was so amazing, in my opinion. I still enjoy listening to it.

A high school classmate of mine had a band that enjoyed enough success to be an opening act for, and tour with, Crosby, Stills, Nash. By that time (in the 80's) the rock n roll lifestyle was behind them. After a concert they got into coaches,....with their wives and traveled to the next venue.

I'm with you, John. Like to listen to their music in our garage, wrenching on our old Fords!!

There is a great interview on you-tube along with Stills and Nash by Dan Rather. Crosby impressed me the most with his honesty and sense of humour.
