Hey fellas. I have finally found my dream Model A... a 1929 sport coupe. It is VERY solid and I am only the 3rd owner. Needless to say, I am extremely excited to have it!
While cleaning it up, I pulled the lower seat cushion and found a hand written date of "2 - 18" on the front piece of wood. It looks to be some type of blue grease pencil. I am wondering if this could be a date... possibly from the factory. Does anyone have any knowledge of this being a common practice at any of the assembly plants, or would it just be from some other person?
