Data Plate Rivet Update Photos

Regarding A1031's fuel filter, there is no grommet. The flange end of the filter still retains it's black paint giving the impression its a grommet. The "split" is actually a casting line.

Definately data plate holes (2.5x1.5) and the bocy is full of Robertson screws but engine swap. I guess me question is data plates on driver's side. Wouldn't a US patent be a patent in Canada though?

If you have the Judging Standards, page F-2 of the Canadian supplement has info regarding the patent data plates on early Canadian vehicles.
