Data plate replacement

Anyone know how to remove and replace the data plate on a 1930 Model A coupe? I looking on the net and in the search option but found nothing … anyone have pics of the steps or a tutorial?

Go inside up behind the fuel tank and you will see the four rivets protruding the firewall. Carefully tap them outward until you can get a pair of pliers onto the rivet head on the outside (on the engie side of the firewall). Pull outward woth a left twisting motion as they are a spiral rivet. Vendors sell the rivets separately if you damage them.

so its under the gas tank ? and i can get at it from inside the cab?
