Dash Waterfall removal

Is there a trick to removing the dash waterfall in my 1935 Ford? I've removed the two screws under it, and I've taken the windshield crank bezel off, but it seems to be jambed up at the ash tray. I'm sure one of you will enlighten me. Thanks for any info to help. Cheers, Gary C

Remove the ash tray and it should come off

I had removed the waterfall on my 35 to replate it last year, and after removing the two screws from the underside of the dash, I had to gently pull it away from the dash due to what looked like adhesive. After that, no problems at all. My Tudor does have a radio instead of an ash tray, so my advice would be, don't smoke, and turn it up!!
