Lets see. If the girls are about 3 in 1930, they would be about 98 years old today. And the car has likely been recycled into a Toyota.

Maybe we should call them "sittingboards" instead of "runningboards?" I'm sure back in the day, people did more "sitting" on them than "running" on them.
