Custom Springs

I purchased a spring set from Sacramento Vintage Ford, which claims to lower the car an inch and a half in the front and two and a half inches in the rear.

I thought that an inch and a half in the front would be fine, but two and a half inches in the rear may be too much.

I could always have custom shackles made to make up the difference if the rear is too low.

Does anyone have any experience with these springs or can anyone offer any insight or tips regarding the installation process?
