curved roof panels

hi guys,please I need some help,will the curved roof panels (above doors) on a 1928-31 model A toudor fit the 1928 std coupe body,there does not seem to be any one out there reproducing these,they all seem to be for the toudor,I can find some org. at a junk yard for 300$ but they have some dents to be work out,rather go with some new sheet metal, thanks for the help
 
I just saw a complete foof and rear window section on flee bay the other night, i dont think anyone was bidding on it.

The part can be used........but you're going to spend a lot of time hacking it to pieces and welding it back together. The drivers side panel on my coupe was more like fancy lace than metal, and like you I found no repops being made. We bought the Tudor piece and sectioned it two different ways and got it to fit. Not easy but doable.

The 28-29 tudor panel can be used with the special coupe top, but not sure about the standard coupe. Rod

Just what do you have? A 28-29 Tudor OR a 30-31 Tudor?

hi guys ,the model A I am working on is a 1928 std coupe,the metal is pretty shot on top,rusted out in a alot of places

I understand that you have a 1928 Standard Coupe...but is it a 28-29 or 30-31 Tudor that you might be looking at to use the roof panels off of?

I may have the pannels you need off of a 1928-29 Special Coupe but can not get to them till I return from California in mid November as I am leaving tommorrow.
