I'm surprised that no one has answered your question yet.
It's pretty straightforward. You knock your old one out and do the same with the new one.
Pictured is one I had to knurl as the existing hole was worn.

The easy way to do it, cut the old one length wise with a hack saw then knock the two half's out. All of them that I have done have been tight as snot! The original has a seam as it was rolled to make a tube. Use a bolt/nut and heavy washers to pull the new one into place. Put a bevel on the edge going into the hole, make sure any burrs/rust are cleaned out first and put a little oil on the bolt threads so the nut turns easy.
After I wrote this I remembered, you will still need to drive it in the rest of the way as it will fit flush with the front or you could use a small section of pipe that will fit over the bushing and pull it in the rest of the way after you get it as far as it will go pulling with bolt.
