I know this is more of a purist and original forum, but I have a question for minor custom changes.

I am looking to put cragar 69 deluxe wheels on my model a but will this fit?
I know it is 5x138 in mm's but how in inch?

I think you may have miss measured 138mm =5 7/16 which is not a common stud pattern size
5 1/2 inch = 139.7mm which is common stud pattern size
 
they are 5 on 5 1/2, but the cragar wheels are flat where they contact the drum, the stock wheels have a step in them to match the A drum. a spacer will be needed for it to work properly.
