cowl light brackets

Can anyone take a picture or tell me how the long curved brackets are
used when adding cowl lights to a 29 Roadster that never had them?
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way they are supposed to install.

You may need to install the special bolster brace on the inside of the cowl to support the area where the cowl light should be mounted. A tool is also available from the suppliers for correct marking of the cowl before drilling the pilot hole. Make sure you have the brackets for the 28/29, and not the brackets for the 30/31.
