Could someone verify these step plates

Not correct from a blue ribbon judging standpoint, because they are chrome. If you're not a purist they would probably be alright. I would ask what diameter they are and check that against the catalogs.
 
Yes, these are the same ones on my 30 coupe except what Larry mentioned about them being polished. I like shiny:D
