No it's a Coronado kit, the Continental kit is the one requiring an extended bumper, the Coronado kit is bolted on the trunk lid. Cool Merc by the way !

Those are designed to use all the 52 parts including the latch and lock without the flipper. I have one of the installation kits if you are interested. daleking@windstream.net.
