Copying a post...

When copying a post with some great Model A information in it, I can get all that matters except the date the original post was made, having to write it in which is no big deal.

Have any of you experineced getting the date in your copies or not?

Thanks.

If I see a post in Ford Barn that I want to preserve or might copy latter, I just make it a 'Favorite'.

I can bring that favorite post up with date on the scope anytime I want. Then I could copy it as well.

skip.

Look at the gray bar that has the day and time of the post. Now look across to the right and you will see a number. If you click on the number just that post will show up without the ones above and below.

With this one posting that you want you can put it into your favorites, choose "Select All" and then copy and paste, or just print it.

I use a free progran PrimoPDF that installs a "printer" into your printer list that will create a PDF file when you select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Or just click on
“Thread Tools” on the red header bar at the top of page,
and then click on Show Printable Version
Then you can use the mouse to highlight any or all of the
posts on that page to copy and paste.
It has the advantage of getting the date, instead of Yesterday
or Today with just the time, and does not capture any of the
the website headers or fixtures..

Still don't get the date when the post was posted no matter what.
