Coolant passages in block

Are all of the internal coolant passages in the Model A/B block interconnected to the water inlet opening of the block? Or are there some passages that are fed only from the cylinder head?

In other words, if I block off the top deck of the block and pressure test, are all the coolant passages being filled?

Thanks in advance Fordbarn!

Yes, all passages are connected. Have pressure lots of blocks using the Pressure Tester offered by SVF. Pressure testing is not the final proof of a crack free block. It will also need to be magnafluxed = assuming you are going to rebuild. ken
