99T is the 100 hp designate for Ford Trucks, I now have a 41 Ford 1 1/2 ton (99T)Ex-Army fire truck, these were first response army post trucks and then given up after the war for civilian use--mine went to the Dept. of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs then to civilian use on a ranch. google army fire trucks , lots of info on various sites
