I found this treasure about a year ago and kept it pretty quiet, I finally convinced the owner that I needed it more than he did, went today to get it.
Very happy to get this, it was in a very public place too, Im very surprised that it was still available. It was on the Coldstream golf course, close to Vernon BC
It has the original glove box knob and ash tray, and original glove box, and a few of the rare V8 engine parts, pedals, K member etc.
Its sitting in the back of my truck in my driveway now, so I can breath again. The fellow really didnt want to part with it, but he needed some 32 truck parts that I wouldnt part with unless I got this, it worked out well for both of us, Ahhhhhh

The car originally ran a saw mill on a Farm in Edson Alberta Canada, so the back half is probably there, LOL
The fellow knew it was a 32, but I dont think he knew how valuable the 3wnd coupe parts are, I did give him some money and a few 32 truck parts, but I got a really good deal.

Here are some pics now that I have it home

I have a 32 3wnd coupe with a filled cowl vent and a welded in firewall, so I am going to use the cowl and all the little tidbits to repair my body.

I needed this so bad

I think you got the jackpot on the dash! Also, there are so many other goodies on there, it's crazy! Grill shell, pedals, K arms, etc. Good job!

Hmmm,,,the parts selection visible suggests later engine with parts transferred from the original...I'd love to crawl all over the thing ctaloging what's what! Manifold is wartime--1948 Canadian issue. I would expect an interesting mix of ages on there!
3W would be a good start for a doodlebug, also...the door shape would make it easier to get your left foot out if this were an application with a seat. Roadster cowls make lousy doodlebugs because of that...

That is an original 3W ashtray, current value in any condition somewhere around astronomical. The hole visible in top center of dash stamping once held a cigar lighter...

Notice the dipstick & LH exhaust manifold . ****** lid also . Kinda looks like a 37 block-aren't those block off plates ? Kinda hard to see but that's what it looks like to me . NEAT FIND

And the battery tray on the left side of the firewall, rather than under the floor.

Plus, it was a DELUXE model with the cowl light on one side and the hole for another opposite.

That battery tray must have been a popular conversion in Canada. I know a guy here that has a Canadian 1930 Phaeton and it has the same setup.
Nice find too!
