Confusing Manifold

Would like to know what this manifold is for. It fits a Model A but has other characteristics. The number AAF 9425 is on one end of it and the ports have been honed (looks like from the factory). Can't tell from the image here if it came out so you can see it. I have other pics I can email if necessary.
