Condenser question

A two way radio shop would probably have a condenser (capacitor) checker or possibly a Ham radio operator would have one or know where to borrow one. Ham's in larger cities have events similer to swap meets known as Hamfests. Usually there are a lot of old parts and test equipment at them. I have seen condenser checkers for sale at these meets. Just a thought.

Just for fun, do you have a part number for the capacitor in your tester? I went to Pott and Brum and found the relay but they have 177 330uf capacitors. (Yes I made a copy of the plan). Also can you give me a more detailed wiring diagram of the hookup?
I did order the SUPCO off of Fleabay.

I don't have a part number, but just grab any 330uf rated at 16 volts or more. Check radio shack, or your local surplus store.

Do you want a close up of the relay terminals?

That would be great. I can't see where the wires hook up on the picts you provided. The most popular 330uf that they have is rated at 450 V. I guess that should work.
Thanks again
