Up for adoption is a set of truly superb set of five (5) 1935 Ford wire wheels in 16-inch size. They come with 5 rim strips, 5 tubes, 5 FIRESTONE Deluxe Champion tires in 6.00-15, 5 hub caps, 23 lug nuts, and even 4 wire-wheel-to-juice brake adapters!
The rims are as good as you will ever hope to find. They never had any kind of rust or damage; in fact the areas where the tires sit are smooth and without even a hint of a rust pore.
The tires are older but in superb condition as well, with exactly 2,876 miles on them.
I had those wheels on my '31 Roadster and the car drove like on clouds. No wobble, no vibration, nothing. A dream.
I have just now finished a 19-inch set and thus have no longer use for this set. Due to the size, I really can't ship them as that would cost an arm, a leg, and a pint of blood. I'm in Ventura, Calif. 1 hour north of the 101/405 intersection. May be able to deliver in the greater Los Angeles area if you don't need them yesterday.
Asking $500.00 for all 5. Won't separate.
