Clutch Will Not Engage

I have on occasion had to cut additional threads on the trunion bolt to cause more adjustment. Exclusively, I have noticed the same issue after installing a new disc. I do not know if the trunions I altered were originals or after market. Sorry for the late post but I have been away from this site for a few days.
