Clutch shaft bushing?

Is there a bushing that the clutch shaft rides inside where it enters the hogshead? I can't seem to find anything listed from the parts suppliers and this truck i'm working on has a very sloppy fit.

No there are no bushings. You could ream the hole larger to accept a bushing. You would have to find or make one that will work. You might be able to get by with just the hole on the drivers side. You could also make a seal that fits between the forks and hogs head. You would have to take pins out of the forks to get them off.

Thanks for the response red. Ive been racking my brain over this and my best option i can come up with right now is there are 2 swap meets next weekend and there might be a slim chance i can pick up a better one there. The customer told me when he brought the truck in that he "didnt want to spend too much money" and planning out reeming the hole larger, repairing the shaft and so on and so forth its screaming a big pile of dollars bills. The shaft has so much slop in it that it doesnt seem to want to operate the high speed clutch properly, keeping it engaged.

Sounds like an adjustment issue. If the clutch is working and you can get into low or reverse then then the clutch is disengaging. The fork moves the clutch collar back and forth and when it's in high just rides in the groove to where ever the collar is sitting. The spring, clutch spring retainer and collar push the clutch fingers not the forks on the shaft. Is it slipping in high? When you push halfway down on the low pedal or pull the parking brake handle halfway back are the fingers loose? Even with a worn shaft and hole the high speed clutch should engage unless there is something out of adjustment. A couple of photos might help.
