Clutch Issues / Problems?

IM having issues with my 30 PU. It seems that my cutch is not engage properly. At times, but not always, while shifting the gears will grind really bad. Ive tried double clutching and that helps sometimes but not always.

Also, as I am coming to a stop while in 3rd gear, as I try to shift into neutral, I have to really force it out of 3rd. After I stop, it will really grind bad getting it back into 1st gear. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using for ****** fluid?? Have you tried adj clutch?? Have you ck'd clutch release arm for a crack?? Did this just start happening??

if ****** is hard to get out of gear when stopped its usually because the clutch is dragging, clutch pedal should have 1" free play at the most, push the pedal down with your fingers, when you feel resistance you should have the 1" free play

Not too much info. Has this monster been sitting for any length of time ? Or has it been run right along ? I too would recommend checking/adjusting the free-play, check release arm for a crack, and how the disc slides on the input shaft. If it has been sitting, the disc and shaft [as well as the pressure plate] could have some surface rust that needs to be driven off. If the disc is dragging on the shaft, I don't a problem with adding just a 'bit' of oil to the splines.
